Training Course on Public Sector Auditing

Within the framework of SESRIC’s OIC Public Audit Capacity Building Programme (OIC-PAC), the Turkish Court of Accounts (TCA) hosted an online training course on “Main Premises of New Public Management and the Role of Public Sector Auditing to Improve Good Governance” between 21-25 September 2020, with the participation of Ministry of Finance and Economy of the Republic of Turkmenistan as well as relevant national institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The training was delivered by the TCA auditors via the video conferencing platform, and the five-day training focused on public accountability and good governance, as well as international auditing standards and their applicability in public sector auditing.
