Financial Audit Training for the Auditors of the SAO of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan

In the scope of the bilateral cooperation between the Supreme Audit Office (SAO) of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and the Turkish Court of Accounts (TCA), a training program with the topic of “Financial Audit Methodology” was held in Ankara on 30-34 September 2019.

The training program lasted for five days and started with the opening speeches of the President of the TCA, Mr. Seyit Ahmet BAŞ and the Ambassador of Afghanistan, Mr. Abdul Rahim Sayed Jan.

With participation of 10 auditors from the SAO, the Training Program aimed to share TCA’s experience and provide the participants with basic knowledge and skills necessary for conducting the main phases in financial audit process.
