Closing Meeting of the Joint Audit on Plastic Waste Management

The closing meeting of the joint audit on "Plastic Waste Management", which was carried out with the participation of the SAIs of 12 countries within the framework of EUROSAI - WGEA, was held on-line on 09.05.2022.

At the meeting, the project coordinator, the SAI of Poland, made a presentation on the "Joint Audit Report", which was prepared as a result of nearly 2.5 years of joint work of the participating SAIs. The report covers the issues identified and recommendations developed on plastic waste management as well as the summaries of national audit reports. At the meeting, decision was made to publish the "Joint Audit Report" on the websites of the SAIs of the participating countries.
