TCA President Attended an International Conference in Bulgaria

The President of the TCA, Mr. Seyit Ahmet BAŞ went to Bulgaria upon the invitation of the Bulgarian SAI and attended an international conference on "The Role of SAIs in Increasing Accountability, Transparency and Reliability in the Public Sector".

The conference was held on 15 May 2018, and it was attended by senior level SAI representatives from EU Member Countries, EU Candidate and Potential Candidate Countries and senior level state officials from Bulgaria.

The conference began with the opening speech of the President of the Bulgarian SAI, Mr. Tzvetan Tzvetkov, and our President made a presentation as well.

Within the scope of the programs in Bulgaria, which is the term president of the EU Commission at present, our president and the accompanying delegation paid visits to the Turkish Embassy of Sofia and Burgaz Consulate.
