Orhan Yaşa was born on 15.01.1966 in Bayburt.

He graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences of the Gazi University in 1990. He started to work as an assistant auditor in the Turkish Court of Accounts in 1991. He served as auditor, senior auditor, principal auditor and head of department, respectively. He was elected as a Member of the Turkish Court of Accounts at the 92nd meeting of the Turkish Grand National Assembly dated 16.04.2013. He acted as the Deputy President Responsible for Audits between 06.05.2014 and 13.07.2016. He has been appointed as the Deputy President Responsible for Management on 07.12.2022.

He is married and has two children. His foreign language is English.

Ahmet Tezcan was born on 16.04.1966 in Ankara.

He graduated from the Department of Management of the Faculty of Political Sciences in Ankara University in 1988. He worked as an Economic Research Specialist at the Directorate General of Turkish State Railways between 1989 and 1991. He started to work in the Turkish Court of Accounts in 1991. He completed his master's degree in Department of Management of the Social Sciences Institute in Gazi University in 1998. He worked as a Director of Group after 21.03.2010 and as Director General after 21.05.2013. He was elected as a Member of the Turkish Court of Accounts at the 91st meeting of the Parliament on 21.05.2014. He was appointed as Deputy President on 07.02.2022.
