Contact Committee Meeting of the Supreme Audit Institutions of the European Union

Contact Committee Meeting of the Supreme Audit Institutions of the European Union was held online on 31.03.2022. 50 representatives from ECA and member state SAIs participated in the meeting that was opened and moderated by the SAI of Germany.

The following topics were discussed in the meeting:

• Preparations made by ECA that will host the Contact Committee Meeting to be held in Luxembourg on 3-4 May 2022.
• Briefing by the SAI of Austria on the SAI-20 initiative (Initiative of the SAI of Indonesia). Information was provided on the start of the SAI-20 process, technical meeting and how the relationship between SAI-20 and INTOSAI will be.
• Also, information was provided on the activities of the working groups within the body of the Contact Committee.
