External Audit of D-8 Economic Cooperation Organization


Economic Cooperation Organization of Eight Developing Countries (D-8) was established with Turkey, Pakistan, Iran, Malaysia, Nigeria, Egypt, Bangladesh and Indonesia in 1997 with the aim of creating and diversifying new opportunities in trade relations, developing economic cooperation around sound joint projects and increasing participation in the international decision-making process.

A external financial audit was carried out by our institution and the SAI of Bangladesh regarding the funds transferred by the member countries to the D-8 Economic Cooperation Organization and the expenditures made from these funds for the years 2019 and 2020.
